Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day leasing operations including new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with tenants regarding contract terms, rental payments, and renewal negotiations.
  • Ensure timely issuance and registration of Ejari and signed tenancy contracts.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records for all units, contracts, and correspondence.

Rental Disputes & Legal Coordination

  • Manage rental dispute cases including non-payment, bounced cheques, illegal occupancy, and non-compliance with tenancy terms.
  • Prepare and submit required documents for Rental Disputes Center (RDC) cases and legal endorsements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Legal Department on case status, hearings, execution files, and enforcement actions.
  • Track and update rental dispute status, court schedules, judgments, and execution outcomes using internal trackers and dispute status files.
  • Draft and issue legal notices, demand letters, and bounced cheque notices in coordination with legal and management approval.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with Dubai Tenancy Law, RERA guidelines, and company SOPs.
  • Monitor renewal notice timelines, including 90-day notice requirements, and advise management on permissible rental adjustments.

Financial & Collections Support

  • Follow up on outstanding rent, cheques, and settlement payments.
  • Coordinate with Finance on reconciliations related to disputed units and executed cases.
  • Support recovery efforts post-judgment, including eviction follow-up and unit handover.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly leasing and rental dispute status reports for management.
  • Act as a coordination point between Leasing, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing of all contracts, legal correspondence, and case records.
