Job Description:
- Develop creative interior design concepts, presentations, and mood boards.
- Prepare space planning layouts, detailed drawings, and design specifications.
- Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories aligned with project requirements.
- Produce 2D drawings and coordinate 3D visualizations/renderings.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation matches approved plans.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mockups.
- Manage project timelines, design changes, and budget considerations.
- Prepare design presentations and participate in client meetings.
- Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and products.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and design records.
- Support project handover and snagging activities.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
