- Online Sales Avg 75% from the generated sales revenue.
- Conversion Rate: Maintain Avg 10% Conversion Rate for Contracting & 52% Avg Conversion Rate for Fabrication & HE
- Client Satisfaction: Achieve Customer Satisfaction Arting on Communication Avg-80% Measure client satisfaction through feedback surveys or post-sale interviews. Aim for a high satisfaction score.
- Referral Rate: 5% Track the number of referrals received from existing clients due to the Sales Executive’s efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing. Research and gather information on prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase your luxury partnerships and design expertise. Min 3 Partnerships with Co Brands per Quarter
- Develop relationships with multiple developers, builders, and real estate agents.
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the company’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Address client questions and issues promptly and professionally.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. Close sales deals and achieve a high conversion rate.
